• How soon do you ship?
  • For items in stock, shipping is within 2 business days.  If your item needs made, it will depend on how long it takes to make them.  You will receive an email with updates if I have to make your order or if there are any issues with your order.  Please check your spam folder for an email from lisa@make-mine-country.com
• What is your Returns & Refunds Policy?
  • We want you to be happy with your purchase.  Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from receipt of your order.  To start the process, visit the CONTACT page to send a message.  A refund or replacement will be issued after receipt of your return.  Returns are not accepted on sale merchandise.  Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it with original packaging.  
• My item arrived broken during shipping, what do I do?
  • Email lisa@make-mine-country.com with pictures of the packaging and broken item.  We'll get this fixed up for you!

    This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services.
    
    1.) Any personal information received from you, the buyer, such as name, address, email address and the details of the product that you are ordering or any further details will be used only for providing customer service to fulfill your order. 
    
    2.) I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations to fulfill your order via PayPal concerning their term of use.
    
    3.) When using service providers to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies, I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
    
    4.) I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
    
    5.) Information will only be maintained to adhere to any federal or state regulations of my country/state (USA/West Virginia) such as tax law and shared to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law.
    
    6.) I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. That information could be maintained up to 10 years.
    
    This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including PayPal or any third party services you access through PayPal. You can reference the PayPal Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices. PayPal does not provide any credit or debit card account information to individual shops. Any questions in regards to marketing messages sent by PayPal would need to be directly addressed with them. I have no control over PayPal's usage of such information.
